As wives and moms we face many challenges but we also experience different spiritual growths. Therefore, I understand the importance of sharing those differences of how God worked in your marriage as well as parenting. So I am extending an invitation to you to share your story in order to encourage others!
It is my hope that through your testimony, THEY CHANGED ME will reach more women, wives, and moms.
Please submit a draft of your article that meets the following guidelines to be considered and reviewed. Submissions are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
GUEST POSTING POLICY
THEY CHANGED ME welcomes posts that stimulate thoughts and discussion on the topics of marriage, parenting, and christian education. I believe that the THEY CHANGED ME Community will benefit from a wide range of contributors on these topics. I encourage wives and moms to join in our conversations through their personal testimonies or thought provoking articles that are based on biblical teaching.
By submitting information to THEY CHANGED ME, you grant THEY CHANGED ME a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to that information at its sole discretion, including storing it on THEY CHANGED ME servers and incorporating it in other works in any media now known or later developed.
If you do not wish to grant THEY CHANGED ME these rights, I am asking that you do not submit information that will conflict with the intent of this blog. THEY CHANGED ME reserves the right to select, edit and arrange submissions, and to remove information from the THEY CHANGED ME website at any time at its sole discretion. *
GUIDELINES
- Your article MUST be from a faith point of view (or at least does not go against Christianity).
- Your article must be original. Article cannot be posted elsewhere on the web, and not simply restating information or opinions already available elsewhere.
- You must agree not to publish it anywhere else. However, if you have a website you may post a brief summary on your site that links to the article.
- Your article should be between 400 and 1500 words.
- Article must include at least one anecdote-readers really like “real-life” testimonies.” (Note: I’m very unlikely to accept articles without personal testimony).
- Talk about how you overcame a specific marital problem, not just a generic story. The more specific, the better.
- Include a brief biography in 150 words or less. This will be added at the end of the post.
- Your article will most likely be edited for grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc.
- You must provide a suggestive title for your article, however this title may be changed without approval from the author.
- Submit one personal photo that relates to the article. (Authors may submit original or personal photos, graphics, diagrams, etc. Photos and graphics created by other individuals or companies must be copyright to the creator.
Upon submission, review, and approval, THEY CHANGED ME will publish the article to theychangedme.com.
I understand the courage it takes to share a personal story and the energy required to write a blog article.
However, the fact that you have written an article and submitted it, doesn’t guarantee it’s publication.

TERMS AND DISCLOSURE
THEY CHANGED ME reserves the right to edit any article if chosen to be published. THEY CHANGED ME also reserves the right to refuse publication of any works submitted for any reason and is not obligated to disclose those reasons to the guest author. Reasons for rejecting a guest article may include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Inaccurate information
- Excessive grammatical errors
- Irrelevance to the target audience or theme of the blog
- Product push, marketing or sales pitches
